This Indian conglomerate having its root in Denmark was fouded in Mumbai in 1938. The company started off as a representative of danish manufacturers of dairy equipment. However with the start of the second world war in 1939 and the resulting restriction on imports,partners started a small workshop to undertake jobs and Danish products.This crisis forced the partners to start manufacturing dairy equipments. These products proved to be a success, and X came to be recognised as a reliable manufacturer with high standards.
